Aef365 Terms & Conditions — Know the rules before you sign up

By accessing the aef365 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between aef365 and the member. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using aef365.

Although these Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, the English version shall take precedence as the authoritative legal document. However, aef365 always strives to present all information clearly in Bengali for members in Bangladesh.

Aef365 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with aef365:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration — no exceptions.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being suspended.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You may only deposit funds from accounts held in your own name or linked to your own bank account.
• Corporate, business, or third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Aef365 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

As part of account verification, aef365 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

Aef365 supports the most familiar and convenient payment methods for members in Bangladesh. Below are the key rules for deposits and withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• At least one deposit must be made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• Aef365 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

All bonuses and promotional offers on aef365 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus without reading the associated terms may lead to complications later.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirements may range from a minimum of 20x to 30x.
• Wagering requirements apply to winnings from free spins as well.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per member.
• If multiple members of the same household use bonuses from the same device, an investigation may be triggered.
• Aef365 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program terms at any time.
• In the event of a refund, chargeback, or disputed payment, any associated bonus will be automatically cancelled.

The following rules apply when participating in Sports Betting and other games on aef365:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless aef365 explicitly provides that option.
• Aef365 reserves the right to void bets if match-fixing, manipulation, or unusual betting patterns are suspected.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, though specific rules apply.
• Aef365 reserves the right to void bets placed with delayed or incorrect odds in live betting.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by game or event, and aef365 may adjust them at any time.
• If a technical error occurs in the gaming system, bets or winnings recorded during that period may not be considered valid.

For slots and fish games, all outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. aef365 never interferes with the outcome of any game. Every game is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

The following actions are strictly prohibited under aef365's Terms & Conditions:

• Using the aef365 platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any cyberattack against aef365's systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members.
• Impersonating aef365 staff or employees.
• Abusing promotional offers or attempting to exploit the system.
• Using aef365's intellectual property, logos, or brand without prior authorization.

Any of the above actions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

Aef365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to respond to identity verification requests or submission of false documents.
• When suspicious or unusual transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• When a member submits a self-exclusion request.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any outstanding balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the standard process.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• If a software error results in incorrect odds or incorrect payouts being displayed, the correct values will apply.

If a system error results in abnormal winnings or credits being awarded, aef365 reserves the right to correct this. The affected member will be notified and corrective action will be taken.

Aef365 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions as needed. Members will be given reasonable notice before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• Any disputes relating to these terms will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be referred to international arbitration.
• The rules of aef365's licensing authority shall always take precedence.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid.
